In this key role, you will report directly to the Manager – Processing and facilitate daily operations of the gold processing plant. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage coordination of daily gold processing operations

• Promote safety culture and enforce adherence to safety standards

• Support operational readiness and shutdown planning

• Mentor employees through coaching and performance feedback

• Assist in production report preparations and KPI monitoring

Requirements:

• Relevant degree required in Mining Engineering or similar

• Minimum 5–8 years in gold operations experience

• Previous supervisory experience in a mining context

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to thrive in fast-paced mining environments
