Oversee the crushing operations at Artemis Gold's Blackwater Mine in British Columbia. This Superintendent role emphasizes strategic leadership and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

As the Superintendent, you will be pivotal in managing the crushing circuit, ensuring safety, and maximizing production. Your expertise in crushing and ore handling will be critical to formulating and implementing effective operational strategies. Collaborate with various teams to maintain high levels of performance while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards

• Develop effective crushing circuit operating practices

• Maintain communication with Processing and Maintenance for planning

• Support the development of crushing budgets and cost monitoring

• Coordinate training and development for crushing team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering

• 8 years+ experience in mining operations

• 5 years+ in leadership with focused crushing operations

• Solid knowledge of technical and operating processes

• Willingness to work in a rotational camp setting
