Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual tasks including shoveling and lifting debris

• Rotate through different job tasks to ensure production quality

• Communicate effectively with team lead to solve production issues

• Maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel

• Support the cleanliness and organization of the work site

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Awareness or experience with industrial machinery is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Strong urgency and attention to detail

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
