Northern Mat & Bridge is currently seeking a Production Labourer to join our Mat Plant Operations team. In this role, you will support the production of access mats in a manufacturing environment, helping ensure quality products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient worksite.
Responsibilities Production & Execution- Keep up with the production line to meet operational targets
- Complete finishing tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform general labour duties related to mat production
- Work with the supervisor to maintain an orderly and safe worksite
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas
- Operate power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Support basic equipment upkeep and report issues as required
- Previous physical labour experience required
- Lumber or manufacturing industry experience is considered an asset
- Experience operating power tools and equipment preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and schedule

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors
- Basic understanding of conflict resolution and employee relations practices is considered an asset
- Grade 12 education preferred
- Starting Wage:
20.05/hour. - Full-time, long-term employment opportunity
