    • Your Role as an LPN

    As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll be an integral part of the care team, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents. Your responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on personalized care plans
  • Monitoring and documenting residents’ health and well-being
  • Educating residents and families on healthcare needs
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

  • BCCNM Registration: Active and in good standing
  • First Aid Certification: Occupational First Aid Level 1
