We seek an LPN passionate about providing optimal care for clients in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing needs, planning nursing interventions, and supporting families effectively. You will work under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor, employing the Nursing Process to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and implement care plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for best practices

• Facilitate effective communication with patients and staff

• Observe and document changes in patients' conditions

• Provide nursing care in line with established standards

Requirements:

• Active registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• At least one year of recent nursing experience

• Demonstrated knowledge in clinical specialties

• Proficient in technology relevant to nursing duties

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
