West Hill Midwifery is seeking 1–2 midwives to enhance our dynamic practice. We serve 4–5 estimated due dates each month, working in a structured call system. Midwives hold privileges at the University Hospital of Northern BC, ensuring quality care in both home and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high‑volume midwifery care for clients

• Support home and hospital births, including water births

• Participate in a collaborative multidisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare pros

• Build strong interprofessional relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in midwifery with professionalism

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Strong communication skills and client support focus

• Interest in unique birth models like homebirth

• Ability to work within the Lheidli T'enneh community
