Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to assigned patients

• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans

• Perform assessments and document clinical information

• Participate in care conferences and staff orientation

• Report incidents and complete clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program

• Valid BC LPN registration with BCCNM

• Current basic cardiac life support certification

• Knowledge of CPR procedures for healthcare

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in teams
