• Apply Nursing Process for patient assessments and planning

• Provide compassionate nursing care to clients

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team effectively

• Organize and prioritize daily nursing tasks

• Maintain rapport with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current LPN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• One year of related acute care or residential experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to recognize changes in clients and adapt care accordingly

• Physical capacity to fulfill job duties
