ICU Team Registered Nurse

Position: Join Our ICU Team as a Registered Nurse

This role is designed for a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to make an impact on patient care under managerial supervision. You will implement practices compliant with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and use your nursing skills to assist clients facing complex health issues, ensuring a patient-centered focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient's health status

• Develop and implement patient care plans

• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team

• Manage rotating shift schedules including nights
Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license with BCCNM

• Proven commitment to patient and family-centered care

• Capacity for teamwork and collaboration

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices

• Willingness to rotate through day and night shifts
