• Deliver direct nursing care to admitted patients

• Adhere to BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards

• Integrate evidence-based practices in patient care

• Support the patient and family-centered care model
Requirements:

• Current RN license with BCCNM

• Commitment to compassionate patient care

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights

• Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
