Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide nursing care

• Communicate effectively with families and care teams

• Recognize and respond to changes in patient acuity

• Assist families with nutritional support and breastfeeding

• Promote family-centered care and patient advocacy

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Advanced preparation in Neonatal care specialty

• NRP and BLS certification required

• Ability to perform physical duties of the position
