Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to various age groups

• Attach patients according to Provincial guidelines

• Use EMR for documentation and care management

• Participate in initiatives to improve care quality
Requirements:

• Eligible for registration with BC College of Nurses

• Background in primary care essential

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Ability to independently and collaboratively manage care

• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe practices
