Registered Nurse in Medical​/Surgical at University Hospital

Passionate about nursing? The University Hospital of Northern BC is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
This role as a Staff Registered Nurse involves working within the Medical/Surgical team and adhering to the standards of both the organization and the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. You will deliver direct care to admitted patients while applying evidence-based practices within a collaborative health care framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care

• Practice according to nursing ethics and standards

• Engage in patient-centered care approaches

• Participate in required shift rotations for optimal coverage
Requirements:

• Valid RN license with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Commitment to compassionate patient care

• Ability to manage rotating shifts

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Current knowledge of nursing practices
Contribute to improving patient outcomes and experiences as a Registered Nurse at the University Hospital of Northern BC.
