Licensed Practical Nurse in Primary Care

We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our Primary Care team. You will practice under the supervision of the Primary Care Team Lead, adhering to standards set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. This role allows you to contribute meaningfully to patient care across various environments, including homes and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments to inform care plans

• Implement and provide personal and nursing care services

Requirements:

• Valid LPN designation with experience in primary care
