Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Highland Health & Family Development.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the position uses independence and initiative to plan, organize, implement and evaluate professional nursing care for clients of all ages with chronic, acute, palliative or rehabilitative health care needs in community settings. Services include: assessment, direct medical-surgical nursing care, case management, health teaching, support consultation, liaison and referral in a case management context;

ensuring that the nursing model of client self-care and health promotion framework is maintained; participate in the administration of all Acts and Regulations applicable to nursing functions; may assign care to and supervise other staff.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Evenings, 07:30 to 18:00, 11:30 to 22:00 (rotating)
