We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse at Northern Health to deliver quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. Under the supervision of the Program Lead, you'll participate in assessments, care planning, and implement interventions according to provincial standards. Engaging in care conferences and supporting new staff orientation are essential components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care according to established procedures

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary teamwork

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Assist in orientation of new nursing staff

Requirements:

• Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in British Columbia

• Strong commitment to patient advocacy and wellness

• Experience in a Med Surg setting is an advantage

• Ability to work rotating shifts with varying hours

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
