Key duties include assisting in the development and evaluation of care plans, conducting assessments, and documenting care consistently to ensure complete patient advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to assigned patients

• Assist in creating and evaluating individualized care plans

• Conduct patient assessments to identify needs

• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in British Columbia
