We're looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with at least three years of experience in Child and Youth Mental Health to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement orientation sessions for nursing staff
• Evaluate educational programs for relevance and effectiveness
• Manage mentorship programs within the department
• Participate in updating nursing care policies
• Conduct in-service training programs for staff
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• Background in clinical education with three to five years of experience
• CPR Certification
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
