As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will provide immediate care for patients of all ages while collaborating with patient care assistants and other professionals. Your focus will be on same-day health concerns, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for effective documentation and care coordination. This position allows you to participate in team-based care and quality improvement initiatives, maximizing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver urgent primary care for patients' same-day health needs

• Collaborate with the care team for effective patient support

• Document utilizing EMRs (C-MOIS) for streamlined workflows

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives in the clinic

• Ensure continuity of care through follow-up and referrals

Requirements:

• Must be eligible for registration with BC College of Nurses

• Experience in primary and urgent care settings

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
