Acute Substance Withdrawal Registered Nurse

Make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse in the Adult Withdrawal Management Unit, focusing on acute substance withdrawal. Your expertise will guide clients through their recovery process.

In this role, you will operate under the supervision of the Team Leader within a multidisciplinary framework. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments and closely monitor clients, devising individualized care plans for managing withdrawal symptoms. This support is key in helping clients return to their community and access necessary follow-up services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the unit

• Conduct assessments and monitor client conditions

• Design intervention plans tailored to individual needs

• Assist clients in connecting with essential follow-up resources

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
