Position: Experienced Registered Nurse for Training Role

We're on the hunt for a motivated Registered Nurse who has at least three years of experience specifically in Child and Youth Mental Health. You'll be instrumental in creating, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives for nursing staff, ensuring best practices are upheld across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create effective training materials and sessions for nursing staff

• Assess staff competencies and training needs regularly

• Oversee mentorship and preceptorship initiatives

• Collaborate in revising nursing care standards and procedures

• Organize ongoing educational workshops and training

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing with three years of relevant experience

• Experience in teaching and curriculum development preferred

• Valid CPR Certification

• BC Driver's License

• Registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
