Position: Compassionate LPN for Primary Care
Join Northern Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse and provide compassionate care in Prince George’s Primary Care team. Elevate patient experiences through collaborative healthcare practices and dedicated service.

In your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse, your focus will be on meeting the holistic needs of patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care. You will participate in assessing and implementing patient care plans, while focusing on their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Your ability to work independently and in collaboration with registered nurses will enhance care delivery within the Primary Care Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care according to established policies

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

• Participate in care conferences and team meetings

• Document patient interactions and care provided

• Assist new nurse orientations and student training

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid LPN registration in BC

• Commitment to follow established care protocols

• Experience working with diverse patient populations

• Availability for variable shift patterns

• Strong advocacy for patient dignity and rights
