We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support comprehensive healthcare services at the Fraser Lake Community Health Centre. This full-time position will involve close collaboration with family physicians and healthcare professionals while providing care to patients of all ages. Outreach travel is included, and EMR will be used for patient documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive primary care services to diverse patients

• Collaborate with physicians and nurse teams effectively

• Facilitate outreach travel for better community health access

• Utilize EMR for accurate patient documentation

• Adhere to Provincial Attachment System guidelines

Requirements:

• BCCNM approved Master’s degree in nursing

• Registration eligibility with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to assess and implement health strategies

• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
