As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Simon Fraser Lodge, your role will focus on improving residents' well-being through careful monitoring and personal care support. This position allows you to utilize your nursing skills while adhering to essential infection control practices. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care for our elderly population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions

• Provide necessary personal care assistance

• Assist with emergency staff scheduling

• Implement infection control education for residents

• Assess residents’ health status and consult when needed

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Practical Nurses program

• Current registration as an LPN with BCCNM

• Valid First Aid and CPR “A” Certificate

• COVID-19 vaccination proof

• Strong communication skills in English
