We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be integral in the Regional MS Clinic, working under the guidance of the Medical Lead and supporting patients through complex health challenges. Engage with primary caregivers and offer education and consultation to enhance their understanding of MS management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat MS patients in a clinical setting

• Collaborate with neurologists and care teams

• Mentor primary caregivers in MS patient care

• Advocate for improved care quality initiatives

• Facilitate educational sessions for healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing

• Experience in neurology or chronic disease management preferred

• Strong advocacy and communication abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Commitment to professional development in nursing
