This role requires a motivated Registered Nurse with a strong focus on patient care and staff development. You will facilitate training sessions and maintain mentorship programs while ensuring compliance with patient care standards. Your extensive clinical experience, particularly in child and youth mental health, will enhance our team's effectiveness and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions to ensure staff meet competencies

• Implement and evaluate orientation programs for new hires

• Maintain mentorship and preceptorship programs

• Review and revise patient care policies and standards

• Coordinate in-service programs for staff education

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and teaching experience

• 3-5 years in clinical focus, with mental health experience

• Current CPR certification and BC nursing registration

• Valid BC driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Comfortable with shift work from Monday to Friday
