Clinical Nurse Educator in Operating Room

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and plan training programs for nursing staff

• Deliver essential unit-specific orientation and education

• Facilitate preceptorship and mentorship initiatives

• Review and revise patient care standards and policies

• Coordinate ongoing educational in-service programs

Requirements:

• Experience in operating room settings

• Completed AORN specialty education training

• Ability to travel for Endoscopy/GI specialties

• Strong leadership and teaching skills

• Current resume demonstrating relevant experience
