The University Hospital of Northern BC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for compassionate patient care. In this role, you’ll care for patients per established guidelines while recognizing when to seek RN support. Your responsibilities include developing care plans and addressing the physical, social, and psychological needs of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care aligned with health standards

• Operate as an independent practitioner within scope

• Assist with the holistic needs of all patients

• Develop and review patient care plans collaboratively

• Participate in the training of new staff and attend care conferences

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification in British Columbia

• Strong commitment to effective patient care

• Experience in a relevant healthcare environment preferred

• Ability to manage rotating shift schedules

• Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
