This part-time Nurse Practitioner position prioritizes safe and inclusive healthcare for all ages. With a strong emphasis on opioid agonist therapy, you will join a team of Nurse Practitioners and Family Physicians. Your efforts will enhance patient attachment and contribute to the continuity of care using Electronic Medical Records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care services to diverse patient populations

• Specialize in opioid agonist therapy and mental health

• Participate in patient attachment and care documentation

• Collaborate with three Nurse Practitioners and two Physicians

• Engage in a culture of safety and respect within the team

Requirements:

• Registration eligibility with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Interest in or experience with mental health and substance use

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Dedication to inclusive, trauma-informed care
