Position: Clinical Nurse Educator at Northern Health

Northern Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator with at least three years of oncology nursing experience. The position involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance the clinical competencies of staff. You'll play a crucial role in evaluation and revision of patient care standards and nurturing mentorship programs for ongoing staff education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver clinical training sessions for staff

• Evaluate staff training and orientation programs

• Manage the mentorship and preceptorship programs

• Collaborate on the revision of patient care standards

• Provide leadership to enhance staff morale and cooperation

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, three years relevant experience

• Two years formal experience in teaching and curriculum development

• Current CPR Certification and BC Driver’s License

• Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Ability to travel between NH sites
