Clinical Nurse Educator in Oncology

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will draw on your 3+ years of recent nursing experience in oncology while working under the supervision of management. Your primary responsibilities include designing and delivering educational programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness in enhancing staff capabilities. You will also play a key role in developing mentorship initiatives and updating care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop programs for staff

• Deliver effective orientation and education sessions

• Maintain mentorship and preceptorship programs

• Revise patient care standards and policies

• Coordinate in-service educational activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent oncology nursing experience

• Strong leadership and initiative skills

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Up-to-date nursing license

• Current resume submission required
