Position: Nurse Practitioner for Child and Youth Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise for emergency department crisis stabilization

• Coordinate care and discharge planning for hospitalized patients

• Build capacity within the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner

• Experience in pediatric mental health and substance use care

• Skills in collaboration and communication with healthcare teams

• Ability to support patient transitions to follow-up care
