Key Responsibilities:

• Complete ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans

• Collaborate with interprofessional care teams for patient support

• Provide nursing care through prescribed technical interventions

• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff

• Organize and prioritize nursing duties for optimal care

Requirements:

• Graduated from an approved School of Nursing

• Registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as an RN

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties

• Strong communication and assessment skills

• Commitment to resident advocacy and social justice
