Engage in nursing education as a part time instructor at the College of New Caledonia in Quesnel, BC. Teach theory and clinical practices in nursing.

The College of New Caledonia is seeking applications for a part time Nursing Instructor for future instructional needs. Successful candidates will possess an RN with a Baccalaureate in Nursing and at least 3 to 5 years of clinical practice experience.

Your role will involve delivering essential nursing theory, lab activities, and practical clinical sessions, ensuring a high standard of education for nursing students at CNC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct nursing theory and facilitate lab experiences

• Guide students through their clinical rotations

• Maintain effective communication with students and faculty

• Ensure adherence to nursing best practices in teaching

• Engage in community and college initiatives

Requirements:

• RN with Baccalaureate degree in Nursing

• 3 to 5 years of nursing experience

• Teaching experience is highly preferred

• Current membership with BCCNM

• Master’s degree considered an asset
