Emergency Response Registered Nurse Role

In this role, you will assist in patient care while ensuring compliance with BCCNM standards. Engaging with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll coordinate real-time support for complex patients and facilitate interfacility transfers with BCEHS. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interfacility transfers in partnership with BCEHS

• Offer mentorship to rural Emergency Department nurses

• Collaborate on patient care with hospital teams

• Employ technology for effective care coordination

• Apply nursing processes in varied clinical contexts

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse licensed in British Columbia

• Experience in Emergency and rural healthcare settings

• Expertise in patient-centered care

• Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams

• Availability for rotating day and night shifts
