You will work with a diverse population, providing compassionate nursing under the guidance of the Program Manager. Key responsibilities will include client assessments, care planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment plans.

Your role supports clients in achieving their physical and emotional goals while upholding safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per established guidelines

• Assist clients in daily activities and personal care

• Monitor and evaluate health trends

• Administer medications and maintain accurate records

• Engage with families and facilitate support discussions

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Active registration with BCCNM

• Experience in trauma-informed care desirable

• Effective communication in English

• Strong ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
