Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop care strategies

• Administer oral, subcutaneous, and IV medications

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for patient support

• Commit to continuous quality management in nursing care

Requirements:

• Registered as an LPN with BCCNM

• Passion for patient-centered nursing practice

• Familiarity with practice guidelines and policies

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
