Russell Tobin is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Correctional Health Services across British Columbia. This opportunity allows nurses to provide high-quality healthcare services within correctional facilities while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient well-being and safety.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care to inmates within correctional healthcare settings.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Manage acute and chronic health concerns, including mental health and addiction-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, mental health professionals, and allied healthcare teams.
• Promote health education, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, security, and organizational policies.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Minimum one year of recent nursing experience in acute care, corrections, emergency, mental health, or related settings.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in secure and fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Pay Rate: CAD $51 - $64 per hour
