Deliver compassionate nursing care as a Registered Nurse providing parenteral services at UHNBC in Prince George and surrounding communities.
Working under a Manager or designate, the Parenteral Services Nurse supports programs and services for patients of all ages. The position focuses on comprehensive parenteral therapy through assessment, education, treatment, and ongoing evaluation. You will also support caregivers and nurses across hospital and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients of all ages requiring parenteral services
- Educate patients about comprehensive parenteral therapy
- Treat patients requiring parenteral services
- Support education programs for patient caregivers
- Develop clinical skills among hospital and community nurses
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Passion for nursing and compassionate patient care
- Ability to work under a Manager or designate
- Ability to serve Prince George and surrounding communities
- Ability to support hospital and community-based nurses
