Discovery Community College is seeking a dedicated, experienced HCA Instructor for part-time clinical instruction. This role includes teaching at Gateway Lodge, executing preset lesson plans, and assessing student performance. It also requires adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles while maintaining a supportive educational environment.

• Teach students in onsite labs and clinical sites
• Execute curriculum aligned with PTIRU compliance
• Supervise hands-on training in clinical environments
• Assess performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with nursing education best practices

• Current full BCCNM registration as LPN, RN, or RDPN
• At least 2,800 hours of nursing experience
• Maternity, mental health, or acute care experience
• Ability to travel to local regional sites
• Recent Canadian long-term care experience or relevant experience
