Introduction
We are seeking a Quality and Coordination Specialist to join our Canadian Service Center team. You will be responsible for leading all Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and administrative coordination activities that support safe, compliant, and efficient repair execution. This includes driving adherence to global repair quality standards, managing inspection and reporting processes, and overseeing end‑to‑end repair order workflow from quotation through invoicing.
Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring that every repair meets Metso’s safety, quality, financial, and customer satisfaction expectations. In this position, you will report to the Service Center Manager.
This position is mainly located in Canada, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to:
You will join a team of repair operations and technical quality specialists dedicated to delivering safe, consistent, and high‑quality repair outcomes for our customers. Our team is currently developing enhanced quality management processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and standardized repair execution practices across Canada.
We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Shop Supervisors, Technicians, Project Managers, Repairs Product Group technical support, and the Global Repairs Quality Manager. Our team culture is built on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Team members are located across various Canadian service locations.

Who you are:
Auditor or Lead Auditor certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), bilingualism (English/French), and experience with repair activities such as machining, welding, or assembly.
