Key Responsibilities:

• Assign sales workers to daily duties

• Order and manage merchandise efficiently

• Authorize merchandise returns as needed

• Establish and oversee work schedules for staff

• Prepare detailed reports on sales and personnel matters

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficient in inventory management

• Strong problem-solving skills for customer complaints

• Ability to work flexible hours, 35-40 hours weekly
