• Give a warm welcome to every customer who enters the store.
• Help customers find what they need, answer questions, explain product quality, materials, and technical features, and suggest complementary products.
• Be available when customers are in the fitting room.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals, supported by training.
• Prepare, identify, and display products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and backstore.
• Monitor new product releases and share top picks with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the head office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

• Previous sales experience.
• Passion for clothing that celebrates feel‑good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Strong customer‑service skills and attentive listening.
• Proactive and conscientious work ethic.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Desire for a career with continual challenges and growth.
• Functional bilingualism is an asset.
