Position: Field Service Representative for Hillman Group
Join Hillman Group as a Field Service Representative, delivering hands-on support to major retail brands. You'll manage product displays, ensure stock levels, and resolve store issues each week.

As a Field Service Representative, you'll work directly with Big Box Retail stores to set up H. Paulin displays and maintain inventory.

Your role involves processing new orders and serving as a liaison between stores and Hillman Canada. If you have 1-3 years in a retail environment, this position is ideal for leveraging your customer service and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned stores weekly for merchandising tasks

• Prepare and process orders using company tools

• Address issues with store representatives quickly

• Liaise effectively between stores and Hillman Canada

• Ensure adherence to store safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in retail vendor or big box settings

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Team-oriented with a focus on organizational skills

• Capacity to manage tasks with urgency
