Part-time Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part‑time Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and supporting sales through various channels. • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain merchandising displays to ensure products are well‑organized and appealing
• Manage customer inquiries both in‑store and via digital channels, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering operations
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and online sales processes is advantageous
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers and provide exceptional service
