In this role, you will assist management with daily retail store functions while ensuring a well-organized environment. You will manage staff, stock products, and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. Flexibility is key, as you'll work varying hours including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist management in overseeing store operations and staff
• Stock products and box/unbox daily shipments
• Climb ladders for effective inventory management
• Provide stellar customer service and resolve inquiries
• Manage cash and perform opening and closing duties
Requirements:
• One year of retail experience required
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Contribute your leadership and organizational skills to enhance the retail experience for both customers and team members.
