• Escort customers to find their lumber needs in the store

• Educate customers about project-related products

• Suggest tool rental services and special offers

• Ensure proper stock maintenance and cleanliness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or trade preferred

• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills

• Ability to meet physical and safety demands of the role

• Flexibility to cover evening and weekend shifts
