Position: 7-Eleven Store Management Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach store employees in customer service

• Focus on employee development and retention strategies

• Execute merchandising initiatives effectively

• Manage P&L reports to influence store changes

• Ensure a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail management experience

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License with insurance

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending
