Independent Merchandiser

MCA is a leading merchandising company in Canada, seeking energetic Merchandising Representatives. You will support a manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery program, ensuring shelves are organized and well-stocked after deliveries. Strong communication with store staff and safety is essential in this busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries

• Rotate products to ensure freshness and quality

• Build and maintain displays and promotional signage

• Monitor inventory levels for sufficient stock

• Use smartphone apps for data collection and reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

• Strong communication skills with store teams

• Independent work and prioritization skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
